Remediation is a separate engagement from the inspection, performed by a licensed contractor.

Repair Scoping & Permits
Structural and waterproofing repairs typically require permitting and a repair design consistent with the inspecting professional's findings.
Re-Inspection
Completed remediation is normally documented and, where required, verified so the association or owner has a closed record of the cycle.
